The primary objective of archive management is to systematically organize, store, and facilitate access to this information, catering to researchers, historians, scholars, and individuals interested in the study of specific subjects or periods. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive methodology, utilizing observations, documentation, and interviews for data collection. The collected data is then systematically organized and expounded upon using a descriptive approach, providing insights into archival management within the General Bureau of the Provincial Secretariat of East Java. The Sub-Section of Correspondence and Archives within the General Bureau of the Provincial Secretariat of East Java is identified as a key department responsible for archival functions. Notably, archival management in this bureau adheres to the principle of decentralization, granting each section within the General Bureau, including the Household Section, Financial and Asset Administration Section, and Administrative Affairs Section, the autonomy to manage archives independently. The findings of this research affirm that archival management in the General Bureau of the Provincial Secretariat of East Java aligns with the five key aspects of archive management, encompassing the recording of incoming and outgoing correspondence, archival storage, maintenance, depreciation, and disposal of archives. Using purposive sampling techniques, the study analyzed data from 90 samples to examine the relationship between diversification strategies and measured financial performance with return on assets (ROA). Research results show that diversification has no significant impact on the financial performance of commercial banks. It shows that higher levels of diversification in banks do not always correlate with higher financial performance. On the contrary, the effects of diversification on financial performance depend on how banks manage their capital costs and maximize revenue. The study also revealed that commercial banks tend to take different approaches in implementing diversification strategies, which can vary depending on the size of the bank, business models, and market conditions. Although diversification does not have a significant direct impact on financial performance, the study emphasizes the importance of well-planned and implemented diversity strategies. The findings provide important insights for bank management and policymakers in the banking sector. Further research is suggested to explore other factors that may affect financial performance in the banking industry, including risk management practices, financing structures, and macroeconomic conditions. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study are pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the </em>2017-2021<em> period which totals 36 companies.</em> <em>The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS version </em>25<em> as an aid in calculations. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on Profitability with a significant p-value of </em>0,001 (&lt;0,005)<em>. Solvability has a negative and significant effect on Profitability with a significant p-value of </em>0,001 (&lt;0,05<em>. The results of this research show that the perception of prices that are classified as competitive can be one of the factors for consumers to use MNC Play products. Apart from that, this research also explains that ease of access and ease of installing Wi-Fi as well as consumers' perceived benefits can be reinforcing factors for consumers. using products from MNC Play (Wi-Fi). In this research, price perception is the thing most highlighted by consumers. Goats are one of the small ruminant livestock that has great potential to be developed in Indonesia, especially in Gisting District because it has enormous potential to be developed in Indonesia, apart from providing animal protein needs, but also as a way to improve the community's economy. Goats are small ruminants that are relatively easy to maintain and can eat a variety of forages, especially young leaves. Goats also adapt very quickly to the place where they are kept so that goats can also live in rocky areas, forests and mountains. BPS 2018, the goat population in Indonesia reached 18,720,706 heads, 53.76% of which were found on the island of Java and the rest were spread outside Java, including in Lampung Province. Lampung Province is the province with the highest goat population compared to other regions outside Java. The population reached 1,297,872 individuals. The population of Saburai goats alone in 2018 reached 3000 heads. Marketing is a process and managerial process that enables individuals or groups to get what they need by creating, offering and exchanging products of value to other parties or all activities related to the delivery of products or services from producers to consumers. This research uses descriptive research type. The population in this study consisted of economy class train passengers at Poncol Station which amounted to 919,357 passengers. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results of statistical analysis show that Service Excellent has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 and &nbsp;</em><em>t </em><em>count of 8.452, which exceeds the t table value of 1.984. Similarly, the effect of Facilities on Customer Satisfaction is also proven to be significant, with a significance value of 0.000 and a t-statistic of 3.887, which exceeds the t table value of 1.984. The Coefficient of Determination analysis shows that 71.2% of Customer Satisfaction can be explained by Service Excellent and Facilities, while the remaining 28.8% is influenced by other variables. In addition, the F test results show that the Service Excellent and Facility variables simultaneously (together) have a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, with a calculated f value of 120.040 which exceeds the f table value of 3.09. In conclusion, this study confirms that Service Excellent and Facilities have an important role in increasing Customer Satisfaction on economy class passengers at Poncol Station PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP IV Semarang. Furniture is an important part of a room because, apart from its practical function, furniture provides beauty and an atmosphere that suits the style and purpose of the room, thus making the house more lively and comfortable. This research was conducte to find out how digital market and product quality influence decisions to purchase household products at Tafsir Furniture in Bandar Lampung. The methode use in this researchs is a quantitativ descriptiv methode. Sampling was carried out using the purposiv sampling method. The data collections techniq uses a tool in the form of a questionnaired. The number of respondents used as a sample was 35 people. The data analys techniqued uses multiples linear regressions analys with SPSS 19. Based on the t test results, it is known that digital marketing variable have a significant influence on purchassing decision. Entrepreneurial orientation in the context of snack sales involves the ability to create new and different things. This includes creative thinking and innovative action to generate new opportunities. Thus, this effort encourages individuals to have enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, adaptive behavior, and the necessary skills to manage a business or activity focused on the exploration, creation, and implementation of new ways of working, technologies, and products. Data collection was carried out directly using questionnaires and interviews with employees at UD Sanjaya. The analysis used to determine the influence of independent variables on dependent variables is quantitative statistical analysis. If the transaction is carried out outside knowed e-commerce will be prone to fraud such as the seller fleeing shortly after the buyer sends money or vice versa the buyer who runs away after the seller sends the goods. With the rise of such fraud cases comes an online service called joint account services. Joint account services are services that bring up third parties who are certainly neutral between buyers and sellers to help secure a transaction. The purpose of this study is to find out how joint account services can improve transaction security. The benefits of this research are expected to help prospective buyers and sellers avoid fraud and introducing joint account services more widely to the public. This research was conducted in one of the Facebook groups called Mobile Legends Ngab-Ngab where online transaction activities which are prone to fraud were frequent. This figure is accompanied by a high percentage of open defecation behavior, which is around 9.36%, equivalent to 25 million people, making Indonesia ranked 3rd in the world for the largest number of open defecation. Households that have access to sanitation are those that have a connection to a Waste Water Treatment System (SPAL) that is desludged and disposed of at a Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant (STP). However, of the 272 sewage treatment plants built in 2018, only 8 were operating optimally. The local government forms a regional device or institution as a service provider (operator) in the form of UPTD, BLUD, and BUMD. BUMD institutions are more sustainable than other institutions. This study aims to identify performance indicators at the DKI Jakarta BUMD Perumda Paljaya institution, identify regional potential at the DKI Jakarta BUMD Perumda Paljaya institution, and analyze the development of the DKI Jakarta BUMD Perumda Paljaya institution business model. The data collection method is using the interview method. Data analysis using the ATLAS.TI application.
