Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pemberian daun salam terhadap organ internal broiler. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 ekor DOC broiler dengan pemeliharaan selama 28 hari. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan RAL (4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan). Perlakuan penelitian adalah pemberian infusa daun salam pada air minum broiler yaitu A (kontrol), B (10 ml infusa/liter air minum), C (20 ml infusa/liter air minum), dan D (30 ml infusa/liter air minum). Variabel penelitian terdiri dari persentase hati, persentase jantung, persentase limpa, dan persentase empedu broiler. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan pemberian larutan daun salam tidak berpengaruh signifikan (P>0,05) pada persentase hati, persentase jantung, persentase limpa, dan persentase empedu broiler. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian daun salam tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap organ internal broiler.
